Hassle Free Return for a change of mind 

It's ok you change your mind send it back for an exchange or refund. All watches must be returnable within 30 days, returns must be in original packaging and not used.  Refund is for the full cost of the product.  Refund credits do not include initial shipping charges.  If the original order was over $100 with free shipping, then refund credit is reduced by $9.95

These brands all have a 1-year warranty on the watch movement and any faults in the manufacture of the case and band evident with early ware.  The warranty excludes damage caused by accident, negligence, water/steam damage. Water resistant watches must have the case resealed after battery changes for the warranty to apply.

The warranty claim will be assessed and the watch either repaired or replaced.   Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and with a clear return address & telephone number.   

Cactus watches are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. The warranty covers all manufacturing and mechanical defects but excludes bands, batteries, and lens damage. This warranty excludes water damage in 3 ATM watches as they are specifically excluded from immersion in water [showering and swimming].

All Sekonda Watches have a 2-year warranty. Warranty claims to DGA Duraflex Group Australia, claims must be sent by registered mail and include the watch, proof of purchase or guarantee and a description of the fault.

ABSOLUTE WATCHES, MEDLEY, OTHER Watch Bands
For any repair or warranty claim please email watches@absolutewatches.com.au with a detailed description and photographs of the fault.  Watches may be required to be returned for evaluation. Watches will be replaced or refunded. The cost for shipping returns warranties is $9.95
